The company was established in 1995 as a full service bicycle shop catering to both the family and enthusiast market. They sell bicycles, cycling clothing, accessories and bicycle service. The bicycle lines include
Raleigh, Specialized, Bianchi, Torrelli and Waterford. The company has since purchased the Schwinn dealership in
Ottawa, Illinois and is the largest bicycle retailer in LaSalle County.

The primary financing was provided through a guaranteed loan with the U.S. Small Business Administration under the Low Doc Program. The total project was $189,000 and retained 4 jobs.
